Meet Our Special Guests:
Ari & Emuna Lesser
Ari and Emuna Lesser bring two extraordinary journeys to the same stage — one told through rhythm and rhyme, the other through raw, personal testimony.
Ari is a singer, songwriter, rapper, and spoken word artist from Cleveland, Ohio, who has spent nearly two decades turning ancient wisdom into modern sound. After earning a degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon, Ari’s path led him to the yeshivot of Tzfat and Jerusalem, where his love of Torah and hip-hop fused into something entirely his own. Since then, he’s performed around the world and written hundreds of songs — rapping in character as historical figures, biblical personalities, and even animals, while also crafting rhymed translations of Psalms and traditional prayers that bring timeless texts back to life. His performances are equal parts inspiring, educational, and just plain fun, resonating with audiences of every age and background.
Emuna’s story is one of courage and transformation. Born to a Muslim father and raised across Dubai and Bahrain, she took a leap of faith in 2010 and converted to Judaism — a decision that reshaped the entire course of her life. Her name, meaning “faith,” reflects the journey she’s walked ever since. Today, as Ari’s wife and mother to their three children, Emuna shares her story with audiences around the world, offering a message of strength, authenticity, and the quiet power of belief.
Together, Ari and Emuna offer something rare: a night where hip-hop meets heart, and where two very different paths to faith come together to remind us all what’s possible when we live with purpose.
